Community News

SRP's Shade Tree Program provides customers up to two free desert-adapted trees (approximately 4-to-6 foot saplings) to plant in energy-saving locations around your home. Shading your home helps reduce cooling costs, improve air quality and lower the Valley's heat effect—without using a lot of water.

To receive a free tree, participants are required to attend a free workshop to learn how to best plant and care for your trees. Space is limited. Reserve your spot by signing up online.

Program requirements

You must be a current residential SRP customer, attend a Shade Tree workshop and:

  • Have the legal right to plant trees on the property
  • Plant trees on the south, west and east sides of your home
  • Plant trees within 15 feet of exposed exterior walls and windows
  • Have the ability to care for the tree, as needed

We have a new management company!

 

 

Effective November 1, 2013 Legacy Community Partners will assume management responsibility for our community. Legacy has an outstanding reputation with a friendly, efficient approach to community management. Our new management team will be headed by Eric Peterson, his telephone number is 480-347-1900.  Please feel free to call their office as they are here to help us.      

 

As of November 1, 2013, please place enclosed address labels on your coupon and mail all future payments to:

Coupon Books for 2014 will be mailed to you by December 15th.

 

If you are currently using Auto Payment (ACH):

q  Please submit a new application as data can not be transferred from the old management company to the new one.  Remember to include a blank, voided check. Important --- Your November assessment must be paid via check as the auto payment will not be set up in time for the November’s assessments/payments.

If you are currently using your Bank/Credit Union Bill Pay Service:

q  Be sure to update the mailing address with your bank or credit union.

If you would like to start using Auto Payment (ACH):

qIf you are not currently using ACH, but would like to take advantage of that service, please complete and return the automatic payment form located under the forms and documents tab.  Rememeber to include a blank, voided check.
